"Lord Jesus, have mercy on us. Do not punish us Lord. Forgive us our sins, the sins of our forefathers, the sins of our brothers and sisters. Free us from the punishments we deserve. Accept us as your own and lead us by your Holy Spirit" (Laying prostrate, say this prayer for five minutes every morning and evening)
